Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 07-May-2024 has considered and taken on record the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024; and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00 (i.e. 30%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each of the Company. The final dividend shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
